- We make no warranty that errors will be fixed or that the service will be uninterrupted
- We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
No Warranties
The diagnostic output is generated by pattern-matching algorithms. While our engine is deterministic and based on real-world error signatures, it is not infallible. You should verify all recommendations independently before relying on them.

Doctor Error and ODAVL assume no liability for:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any diagnosis
- Any consequences resulting from following a diagnosis or recommendation
- Loss of data, productivity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Damage to your code, application, or system resulting from reliance on this tool
In no event shall the total liability exceed the fees you have paid (if any) for using Doctor Error in the past 30 days.

You are responsible for:
- Verifying all diagnostic recommendations before applying them

- Pro features may change or be removed at any time
- No ongoing support or maintenance is guaranteed
- The unlock is tied to your local browser storage; clearing it will require re-purchasing
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use this tool to analyze or process malicious code with intent to distribute it
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the diagnostic system
- Use the tool for any illegal purpose
- Abuse the service in ways that harm availability for others (e.g., excessive automated requests)
